  • An active SEVIS record means you entered the U.S. on an F-1 Visa with a De Anza Form I-20 and reported to the ISP office.
  • Prospective, new or current students studying from their home country without an active F-1 status should contact the International Admission Office at:

  • Tuesdays, 1 to 2 p.m.
  • Wednesdays: 10 a.m. to noon
