This is a two-part class—the morning workshop will cover distressed properties and how they can be acquired at a substantial discount. Learn how to make each kind of purchase and how to maximize the rewards. You will become familiar with the documents and forms through which property purchases are made. Innovative search techniques will be introduced which may increase your profit potential in each property.
In the afternoon workshop, apply your understanding of the five ways to purchase distressed property to evaluate an actual foreclosing property for profit. You will be shown how to establish a fair offering price that should be attractive to the owner or lender and how to get agreement on this price. Bring a sack lunch.
